1. (1) आन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (कायय-अबंटन) तीन सौ आकसठवां संिोधन जनयम, 2021 ै।ै
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त ैोंगे।

(क) प्रथम ऄनुसूची म,ें -
(i) “13. जवत्त मंिालय” िीर्यक के ऄधीन, “(v) जवत्तीय सेवाएं जवभाग” ईप-िीर्यक के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत ईप-िीर्यक
ऄन्तःस्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, ऄथायत:-

S.O. 2718(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution,
the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred
and Sixty First Amendment Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,-
(a) in THE FIRST SCHEDULE, -[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपि : ऄसाधारण 5
(i) under the heading “13. Ministry of Finance (Vitta Mantralaya)”, after the sub-heading “(v) Department
of Financial Services (Vittiya Sewayen Vibhag)”, following sub-heading shall be inserted, namely:-
“(vi) Department of Public Enterprises (Lok Udyam Vibhag)”;
(ii) for the heading “16. Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises (Bhari Udyog aur Lok Udyam
Mantralaya)” and sub-headings thereunder, the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-
