S.O. 8(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President
hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,
namely:
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Twentieth
Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in the SECOND SCHEDULE,-
(1) under the heading “MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA)”, under sub-heading “A.
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (ARTHIK KARYA VIBHAG)”, after entry 106, the following
entry shall be inserted, namely:-
“107. Legislation relating to bankruptcy and insolvency.”;
(2) under the heading “MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (VIDHI AUR NYAYA MANTRALAYA)”,
under sub-heading “B. LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT (VIDHAYEE VIBHAG)”, entry 14 shall be omitted.
