(1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Sixteenth Amendment Rules, 2015. (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE, under the heading “MINISTRY OF HEAVY INDUSTRIES AND PUBLIC ENTERPRISES (BHARI UDYOG AUR LOK UDYAM MANTRALAYA)”, under the sub-heading “B. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ENTERPRISES (LOK UDYAM VIBHAG)”, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:— “1. Residual work relating to erstwhile Bureau of Public Enterprises including Industrial Management Pool. 2. Coordination of matters of general policy affecting all Public Sector Enterprises. 3.
