In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Govt., of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely.

S.O. 2350(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of
Business) Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred
and Seventeenth Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,-
(1) in THE FIRST SCHEDULE, for the heading “1. Ministry of Agriculture (Krishi Mantralaya)”
and the sub-heading “(i) Department of Agriculture and Cooperation (Krishi aur Sahkarita
Vibhag)”, the following heading and sub-heading shall be substituted, namely:—
“1. Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Krishi Evam Kisan Kalyan Mantralaya)
(i) Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare (Krishi, Sahkarita Evam Kisan
Kalyan Vibhag)”;
(2) in the SECOND SCHEDULE, for the heading “MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (KRISHI
MANTRALAYA)” and the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND
COOPERATION (KRISHI AUR SAHKARITA VIBHAG)” the following heading and sub-heading
shall be substituted, namely:—
