NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 19th January, 2017
F. No. 7 (367)/39/2002/UD/Pt. III/340-359.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (2) of Section 169 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 (66 of 1957), the Lt. Governor of
the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. B. S. Chumbak (retired officer of the Delhi
Higher Judicial Service) as Member (Judicial) of the Municipal Taxation Tribunal.
Sh. B. S. Chumbak shall render full time service to the said Tribunal and shall hold office from the
date on which he assumes charge of the office for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 65 years,
whichever is earlier.
