No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/24.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 4 read
with sub-clause (vi) of clause (o) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Bilateral Netting of Qualified Financial
Contract Act, 2020 (30 of 2020), the Securities and Exchange Board of India hereby specifies the following entities as
qualified financial market participants, which subject to the provisions as may be specified by the Securities and
Exchange Board of India, may enter into qualified financial contracts notified by any regulatory authority as specified
in the First Schedule: -
1. Mutual Fund registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India; and
2. Alternative Investment Fund registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India.
