NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th December, 2019
S.R.O. 15(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (4) of
section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, on being satisfied that for the
administration of the Khasyol Cantonment, where the term of the varied Khasyol Cantonment Board shall expire on the
5th December, 2019, it is desirable to keep the constitution of the Khasyol Cantonment Board varied, hereby makes a
declaration to extend the term of office of the said Board for a further period of one year from the 6th December, 2019 or
till the excision of civil areas of the Khasyol Cantonment, whichever is earlier.
