New Delhi, the 31st May, 2019
S.R.O. 09(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-section
(4) of section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, on being satisfied that
for the administration of the Khasyol Cantonment, where the term of the varied Board shall expire on 5th June,
2019, it is desirable to keep the constitution of the Khasyol Cantonment Board varied, hereby makes a
declaration to extend the term of office of the said Board for a further period of six months from the 6th June,
2019 or till the excision of civil areas of the Khasyol Cantonment, whichever is earlier.
