New Delhi, the 19th March, 2019
G.S.R. 229(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification G.S.R.355(E)
dated the 9th April, 2018 of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping, the Central Government hereby appoints
Shri H.N. Aswath, Development Adviser (Ports), Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the
Chennai Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2020 in place of Shri A.K. Saran, Director, Ministry of Shipping.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
