NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th September, 2017
G.S.R. 1138(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping G.S.R. 454(E) dated 26.04.2016, the Central Government hereby
appoints Smt. Leena Nandan, AS&FA, Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of Mormugao Port
Trust in place of Shri Sanjeev Ranjan, the then AS&FA, Ministry of Shipping for the existing term up to 31.03.2018.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
