G.S.R. 894(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of
Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 448(E), dated 26th April, 2016, the Central
Government hereby appoints Commissioner, Rail Co-ordination & Special Secretary to the Government, Commerce &
Transport Department, Government of Odisha to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Paradip Port Trust in place
of Principal Secretary, Commerce & Transport Department, Government of Odisha for the existing term up to
31.03.2018.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
