New Delhi, the 20th September, 2016
G.S.R. 893(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Pravir
Krishna, Joint Secretary (Ports), Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the V.O. Chidambaranar
Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2017 in place of Shri B. Poiyamozhi, Development Advisor (Ports) who was
appointed vide Government of India, Ministry of Shipping’s Notification G.S.R. No. 107(E) dated 27th January, 2016 on
the Board of Trustees of the V.O. Chidambaranar Port Trust.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
