G.S.R. 671(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification of the
4897 GI/2019 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
Government of India, Ministry of Shipping G.S.R.374(E) dated the 16th April, 2018, the Central Government hereby
appoints Shri B. Ch. Masen, General Secretary, Visakhapatnam Harbour & Port Workers Union in place of
Shri V. V. Rama Rao, the then Hony. President, Visakhapatnam Harbour & Port Workers' Union, as trustee on the Board
of Trustees of the Visakhapatnam Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2020.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
