NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th September, 2020
G.S.R. 561(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with
sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification
of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping’s G.S.R. 322(E) dated
05.05.2020, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Vikram Singh, Joint Secretary (Ports &
PHRD), Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the V.O. Chidambaranar Port
Trust for the period up to 31.03.2021 in place of Shri Kailash Kumar Aggarwal, the then Joint
Secretary, Ministry of Shipping.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
