G.S.R. 137(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the following
persons as trustee, representing ‘Other Interest’ as envisaged under Section 3(1)(c)(i)(7) of Major Port Trusts Act, 1963
(38 of 1963), in the Board of Trustees of the Kolkata Port Trust for the existing term (i.e. 2018-2020) upto 31.03.2020:-
