NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th February, 2020
G.S.R. 89(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with
sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the
Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping’s G.S.R.403 (E) dated the 25th April, 2018, the
Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sanjay Kumar, AS&FA, Ministry of Shipping in place of Shri Shambu
Singh, AS&FA, Ministry of Shipping as ‘trustee’ on the Board of Trustees of Mormugao Port Trust for the period
up to 31.03.2020.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
