New Delhi, the 8th June, 2017
G.S.R. 563(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping G.S.R. 440(E) dated 05.05.2017, the Central Government hereby
appoints Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change to be a trustee
on the Board of Trustees of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in place of Shri Shashi Shekhar, Special Secretary, Ministry of
Environment, Forest and Climate Change for the existing term up to 31.03.2019.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
