NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th September, 2020
G.S.R. 587(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-
section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modifications of the
Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Shipping’s G.S.R.319(E) dated the 5th May, 2020, the
Central Government hereby appoints Additional Chief Secretary (Transport and Port), Home Department,
Government of Maharashtra in place of Principal Secretary (Transport and Port), Home Department,
Government of Maharashtra as trustee in the Board of Trustees of the Mumbai Port Trust for the period up
to 31.03.2022.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
