NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2020
G.S.R. 591(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6)
of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the Notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Shipping’s G.S.R. 451(E) dated the 24th June, 2019, the Central Government hereby
appoints the Secretary to Government of Karnataka, Public Works, Ports & Inland Water Transport Department in
place of Shri Ujjawal Kumar Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer, Karnataka Maritime Board, Karnataka as trustee in the
Board of Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2021.
2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.
