NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th September, 2020
G.S.R. 558(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with
sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government
hereby appoints the persons mentioned against number 1-2 in the table below, to be trustees on the
Board of Trustees of the Mormugao Port Trust for the period up to 31.03.2022:-
