2. यूनियि बैंक ऑफ इंनिया (कमाचारी) पेंशि नर्नियम, 1995 में (इिके बाद क े गये नर्नियमों के रूप में
िंदर्भात), -
नर्नियम 2, के खंि (एि) में उपखंि (िी) के बाद नििखिांककत उप खंि र्ोड़ा र्ाए, अथाात : -
(िी) मई 2005 के प्रथम कदर्ि या उिके बाद िेर्ा में र ते हुए िेर्ानिर्ृत्त या मृत्य ु ोिे पर ककिी कमाचारी के
िंबंि में, बैंक में अपिी िेर्ा के नपछले दि म ीिों के दौराि कमाचारी द्वारा आ ररत, नियत र्ेति र्ृनि

CORRIGENDUM

F. No. 6113.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section
19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 ( 5 of 1970),
the Board of Directors of the Union Bank of India in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India
and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations
further to amend the Union Bank of India (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 1995, namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Union Bank of India (Employees’) Pension
(Amendment) Regulations, 2017.
(2) Save as otherwise expressly provided in these regulations, they shall come into force on the
date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Union Bank of India (Employees’) Pension Regulations 1995 (hereinafter referred
to as the said regulations), -
In regulation 2, in clause (s), after sub-clause(c), the following sub-clause shall be inserted,
namely:-
“(d) in relation to an employee who retired or died while in service on or after the first day
of May, 2005 the basic pay including stagnation increments, if any, and Special pay,
Graduation Pay, Professional Qualification Pay, increment component of Fixed
