L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-23092024-257407 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-23092024-257407 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग III—खण् ड 4 PART III—Section 4 प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 740] नई ददल्ली, िुक्रर्ार, जसतम्ब र 20, 2024/भार 29, 1946 No. 740] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2024/BHADRA 29, 1946 ऊिा ा दक्षता ब्य रू ो अजधसचू ना नई ददल्ली, 20 जसतम्ब र, 2024 स.ं बीईई/एसएण्ड एल/ रेफ्रिजरेटर/70/2023-24.- ऊिाा दक्षता ब् यूरो, केन्‍द रीय सरकार के पूर्ा अनुमोदन से ऊिाा संरक्षण अजधजनयम, 2001 (2001 का 52) की धारा 58 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (झ) के साथ पठित धारा 13 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (ढ) और धारा 14 के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यूरो (रेदििरेटरों के लेबल पर उनके संप्रदिान की जर्जिजियां और रीजत) जर्जनयम 2022 में संिोधन का प्रस्ट्तार् करता ह,ै प्रस्ट्ताजर्त मसौदा संिोधनों को उि अजधजनयम की धारा 58 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा यथाअपेजक्षत, इसस े प्रभाजर्त होने र्ाले सभी सभं ाजर्त व्यजियों की सूचना के जलए भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र, में प्रकाजित दकया िाता ह ै तथा इस पर उनके सुझार् और आपजत्तयां (यदद कोई हो तो) आमंजत्रत की िाती ह ैं और यह सजू चत दकया िाता ह ै दक इस पर जर्जनयम मसौदे के भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख के तीस ददन की अर्जध की समाजि पर या उसके बाद जर्चार दकया िाएगा; आपजत्तयां या सुझार्, यदद कोई हो तो, महाजनदेिक, ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यूरो, जर्द्यतु मंत्रालय, चौथा तल, सेर्ा भर्न, सेक्टर -1, आर.के. पुरम, नई ददल्ली-110066 को भेिे िा सकत े हैं; 6125 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] उि पैरा 1 में जर्जनर्दाष् ट तीस ददनों की अर्जध की समाजि से पहले उक्त मसौदा संिोधन जर्जनयमों के संबंध म ें व् यजियों से प्राप् त होन े र्ाली आपजत्तयों या सुझार्ों पर ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यरू ो द्वारा जर्चार दकया िाएगा। 1. संजक्षि िीर्ाक और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जर्जनयमों का संजक्षप् त नाम ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यरू ो (रेदििरेटरों के लेबल पर उनके संप्रदिान की जर्जिजियां और रीजत), (संिोधन) जर्जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रर्ृत् त होंगे। 2. जर्जनयम 3 के उप-जर्जनयम (1) में, मद (i) के पश् चात्, जनम्नजलजखत को िोडा िाएगा, अथाात्:- (ञ) जबिली की बचत/र्र्ा (दकलोर्ाट घंटा) (ट) CO2 उत्सिान में कमी/र्र्ा (दकलोग्राम CO2) 3. उि जर्जनयमों के जर्जनयम 9 के उप-जर्जनयम (1) में, िब्द पांच के स्ट् थान पर िब्द तेरह को रखा िाएगा। 4. मूल जर्जनयमों के सभी प्ररूपों में, "ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यूरो (रेदििरेटरों के लेबल पर उनके संप्रदिान की जर्जिजिया ं और रीजत), जर्जनयम, 2022" िहां भी र्े आते हों, अंकों और िब् दों के स्ट्थ ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत अंकों और िब् दों को रखा िाएगा। - "ऊिाा दक्षता ब्यूरो (रेदििरेटरों के लेबल पर उनके संप्रदिान की जर्जिजियां और रीजत), (संिोधन) जर्जनयम, 2024" 5. उि जर्जनयमों में उपाबंध प्ररूप I - (ख) के मद 7 के अधीन, िीर्ाक के अंतगता "रेदििरेटर पर जचपकाए िान े र्ाले लेबल का नमूना नीच े ददखाया गया ह"ै , जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाात् –[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 6. उि जर्जनयमों में, प्ररूप II (ख) के मद 2 (ड.) म,ें िब्द "पांच" के स्ट् थान पर िब् द "तेरह" को िोडा िाएगा। 7. उि जर्जनयमों म,ें प्ररूप II (ख) से िुडे उपाबंध के मद 3 के अंतगात, जनम्नजलजखत को िोडा िाएगा, अथाात् –4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 8. उि जर्जनयमों में, अनुसूची में, िीर्ाक के अधीन, "रेदििरेटर के लेबल पर संप्रदर्िात की िाने र्ाली जर्जिजियां'' मद "(1.) [जर्ज्ञापन-III/4/असा./509/2024-25] ठटप्प ण - मूल जर्जनयम अजधसूचना संखय ांक बीईई/एसएण् डएल/संदभा/70/2021-22 तारीख 30 जसतंबर, 2022 द्वारा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग III, खंड 4 में प्रकाजित दकए गए थे।6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] THE BUREAU OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2024 No. BEE/S&L/Refrigerators/70/2023-24.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of section 58 read with clause (n) of sub-section (2) of section 13 and clause (d) of section 14 of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 (52 of 2001), the Bureau of Energy Efficiency with the previous approval of the Central Government, proposes to amend the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Refrigerators) Regulations, 2022, the proposed draft amendment are hereby published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as required by sub-section (1) of section 58 of the said Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and inviting their suggestions and objections (if any); and the notice is hereby given that the said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of their publication in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary. Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Director-General of Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, 4th Floor, Sewa Bhawan, R. K. Puram, Sector-1, New Delhi-110066. Objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft amendment regulations before the expiry of the period of thirty days specified in para 1 above shall be taken into consideration by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Refrigerators), (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3, after item (i), the following shall be inserted namely.- (j) Electricity Savings/year (kWh) (k) CO emission reduction/year (kg CO ) 2 2 3. in sub-regulation (1) of regulation 9 of the said regulations, the word five shall be substituted by word thirteen. 4. in all the FORMS of the principal regulations, for figures and words “Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Refrigerators), Regulations, 2022” wherever they occurs the following figures and words shall be substituted namely.- “Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Particulars and Manner of their Display on Labels of Refrigerators), (Amendment) Regulations, 2024” 5. In the said regulations, under item 7 of annexure FORM I – (B), under the heading “Specimen of the label to be affixed on the refrigerator is shown below”, the following shall be substituted, namely.-[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 6. in the said regulations, in item 2(e) of FORM II (B), word “five” shall be substituted by word “thirteen”. 7. in the said regulations, under item 3 of annexure appended to FORM II – (B), the following shall be substituted, namely.-8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] 8.
