बनाती ह,ै अथाात-् :
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ – (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम भारतीय जिककत् सा पद्धजत राष्टर ीय आयोग
(जिककत्साभ्याजसयों की सूिी प्रस्ट्तुत करना), जनयम 2021 ह।ै
(2) य ेजनयम रािपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभार्वी होंगे।
2. पररभाषाएं – (1) इन जनयमों में, िब तक संदभा स ेअन्द् यथा अपेजित न हो,-
(क) “अजधजनयम” स े भारतीय जिककत् सा पद्धजत राष्टर ीय आयोग अजधजनयम, 2020 (2020 का 14) अजभप्रते ह;ै
(ख) “आयोग” स े अजधजनयम की धारा 3 के अधीन गरित भारतीय जिककत् सा पद्धजत राष्टर ीय आयोग अजभप्रेत ह;ै
(ग) “धारा” स े अजधजनयम की धारा अजभप्रेत ह।ै
(2) इस जनयमों में प्रयुक्त ि् दों और अजभय यजक्त यों जिन्द् ह ें यहां पररभाजषत नहीं ककया गया ह,ै ककतु अजधजनयम म ें
पररभाजषत ककया गया ह,ै उनका र्वहीं अथ ा होगा िो अजधजनयम में उनका ह।ै
3. धारा 34 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रथम परन्द्त कु के अधीन जिककत्साभ्याजसयों की सिू ी प्रस्ट्त तु करन ेकी रीजत-
(1) आयोग, इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूिी के प्रारूप ‘क’ और प्रारूप ‘ख’ में प्रत् यके छह मास में एक बार केंरीय सरकार
को जिककत्साभ्याजसयों की सूिी प्रस्ट् ततु करेगा।

(2) आयोग इलेक्र ॉजनक ढंग द्वारा पोटेबल डॉक्य मु ेंट फामेट (पीडीएफ) में उप-जनयम (1) में जनर्ददष्ट प्रारूपों को प्रस्ट् ततु करेगा
और आयुष मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार में भारतीय जिककत् सा पद्धजत राष्टर ीय आयोग से संबंजधत काय के भारसाधक संयुक् त

G.S.R. 357(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (k) of sub-section (2) of section 54 of
the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020 (14 of 2020), the Central Government
hereby makes the following rules, namely:––
1. Short title and commencement.–– (1) These rules may be called the National Commission for Indian
System of Medicine (Submission of List of the Medical Practitioners) Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions.––(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,––
(a) ―Act‖ means the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020 (14 of 2020);
(b) ―Commission‖ means the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine constituted
under section 3 of the Act;
(c) ―section‖ means a section of the Act.
(2) Words and expressions used in these rules and not defined herein but defined in the Act, shall have the
respective meanings assigned to them in the Act.
3. Manner of submitting list of medical Practitioners under first proviso to sub-section (1) of section
34.––(1) The Commission shall submit the list of medical practitioners to the Central Government once in every
six months in Form A and Form B of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
(2) The Commission shall submit the Forms referred to in sub-rule (1) in a portable document format (PDF) by
electronic mode and forward two hard copies of the same by speed post to the Joint Secretary to the Government
of India in-charge of the affairs of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine in the Ministry of
