NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th November, 2022
F. No. PNGRB/COM/2-NGPL/Tariff (3) /2019 Vol-IV (P-4121).—In exercise of the powers conferred by
clause (t) of sub-section (2) of section 61, read with clauses (a) and (e) of section 11 and section 22 of the Petroleum
and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006) and paragraph 14 of the Policy for Development of Natural
Gas Pipelines and City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks of the Government of India notified on
20.12.2006 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-I Section 1 with F. No. L-12022/1/03-GP (Pt. II) to facilitate
the creation of a National Gas Grid, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board issues the following
notification, namely:—
Except as otherwise provided in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural
Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008, the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, hereby notifies the
following:
i. These regulations of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas
Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008 shall come into force from the date of this notification, —
a) clause (ba), clause (ea), clause (eb), clause (ec), clause (j), clause (k), clause (l), clause (m) and
clause (n) of sub regulation (1) of regulation 2,
b) sub-regulation (4) and sub-regulation (5) of regulation 3,
c) para 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule B,
d) part B of Schedule B, Attachment 1 & Attachment 2 to Schedule B
ii. These regulations of Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas
Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008 shall come into force from 1st April, 2023,—
a) regulation 5A,
b) para 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Part A of Schedule B
c) schedule C
