This document is a corrigendum issued by the Ministry of Shipping, PHRD Division, Government of India, dated November 15, 2019, and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i), No. 700, dated December 3, 2019. The corrigendum, identified as G.S.R. 889(E), makes amendments to the Gazette Notification No. G.S.R. 445(E) dated June 24, 2019, in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (c) of subsection (1) read with Subsection (6) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963). G.S.R. 889(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clouse (C) of sub-section (1) read with
Sub-section (6) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby
makes amendments in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (PHRD Division)
No. G.S.R. 445(E) dated 24.06.2019.
