व्यजतकारी राज्यक्षेत्र होगा और संयुि अरब अमीरात म ें जनम्नजलजखत न्यायालय उस राज्यक्षेत्र के िररष्ठ न्यायालय होंगे,
अथायत्:—
(1) फेडरल न्यायालय—
(क) फेडरल सुप्रीम कोर्य;
(ख) अबु धाबी अमीरात, िारिाह, अिमान, उम एल कुिैन और फुजेरा में फेडरल, फस्ट्र्य और अपील न्यायालय;
(2) स्ट्थानीय न्यायालय—
(क) अबु धाबी िुजडजियल जडपार्यमेंर्;
(ख) दबु ई न्यायालय;
(ग) रस एल खैमाह िुजडजियल जडपार्यमेंर्;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th January, 2020
G.S.R. 38(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Explanation 1 to section 44A of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908), the Central Government hereby declares, United Arab
Emirates to be a reciprocating territory for the purposes of the said section and the following Courts in
United Arab Emirates to be superior Courts of that territory, namely:-
(1) Federal Court-
(a) Federal Supreme Court;
(b) Federal, First Instance and Appeals Courts in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah,
Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah;
(2) Local Courts-
(a) Abu Dhabi Judicial Department;
(b) Dubai Courts;
(c) Ras Al Khaimah Judicial Department;
(d) Courts of Abu Dhabi Global Markets;
