S.O. 1867(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956
(61 of 1956), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby rescinds the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. 604(E), dated the 28th February, 2014, except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such rescission.
