Short title and commencement— (1) These regulations may be called the Education (Amendment) Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Appendix-B to the principal Regulations, under the heading (A) ACCOMMODATION, the following two sentences shall be added at the end of last para – “Wherever animal experimentations are prescribed in the curriculum, the required knowledge and skill should be imparted by using computer assisted modules. Animal hold area shall be as per the Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA) guidelines.” ARCHNA MUDGAL, Registrar-cum-Secy.
