1. (1) ये िविनयमन यकू ो बक(cid:9) (कम3चारी) प,शन (सशं ोधन) िविनयमन, 2013 कह ेजाएंगे ।

(2) सरकारी राजप> म ,इनके (cid:5)काशन क& ितिथ से ही य े(cid:5)भाव म, आएंग े।

2. यकू ो बक(cid:9) (कम3चारी) प,शन िविनयमन, 1995 के िविनयमन 50 के उप-िविनयमन (1) म , “दो वष3” शBद के Cथान म , “एक वष3” शBद को (cid:5)ितCथािपत =कया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION Kolkata, the 18th April, 2016 No. HO/EST/2017-18/471.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of UCO Bank after consultation with Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the UCO Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 1995 namely:—

1. (1) These regulations may be called UCO Bank (Employees’) Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In sub-regulation (1) of regulation 50 of the UCO Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 1995 for the words “two years” the words “one year” shall be substituted.

3. In regulation 50 of the UCO Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 1995, in sub-regulation (6) for the words “two years”, the words “one year” shall be substituted.
