S.O. 2987(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security
Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to
amend the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Libya Order, 2016,
namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations
Security Council Resolution on Libya (Amendment) Order, 2021.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya Order, 2016, in the
Schedule, in Annexure 3, under the heading 'A. Individuals',-
(i) for paragraph LYi.012 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
