New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2021
S.O. 4955(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council)
Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the
Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security
Council Resolutions on Iraq (Third Amendment) Order, 2021.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, in Schedule,
in Annexure 2, in the heading “B. Entities and other groups”, entry IQe.018 shall be omitted.
