New Delhi, the 29th October, 2021
S.O. 4529(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security
Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to
amend the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq Order, 2016,
namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United
Nations Security Council Resolution on Iraq (Second Amendment) Order, 2021.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016,
in the Schedule, in Annexure 2, under the heading “B. Entities and other groups”, entries IQe.013, IQe.014,
IQe.016, IQe.019, IQe.022, IQe.048, IQe.067, IQe.077, IQe.084, IQe.087, IQe.091, IQe.097, IQe.110,
IQe.114, IQe.115, IQe.135, IQe.142, IQe.148, IQe.150, IQe.151, IQe.154, IQe.155, IQe.158, IQe.159,
IQe.160, IQe.185, IQe.186, and entry IQe.190 shall be omitted.
