New Delhi, the 6th December, 2018
S.O. 6051(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act,
1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Implementation of the United
Nations Security Council Resolution on Central African Republic Order, 2016, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement— (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security
Council Resolution on Central African Republic (Amendment) Order, 2018.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Central African Republic Order, 2016, in
the schedule, in Annexure 2, under the heading “The List established and maintained by the 2127 (2003) Committee”,
under the sub-heading “Cfi.008 Name: 1: EUGENE 2: BARRET 3: NGAIKOSSET 4: na” and the entries relating
thereto, the following sub-heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-
