Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,
Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital
Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Special Executive Magistrate upon all the Returning
Officers (ROs), Head of all Flying Squad Team(s), Head of all Static Surveillance Team(s) and Sector Officers during
the Delhi Legislative Assembly Election-2020 , w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge till they hold the said posts in
the Election Department or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
