NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 9th March, 2016
F. No. 20/4/2003/IIP-II/1604.—Whereas, on Rani Bagh Road heavy flow of traffic is causing
obstruction in smooth flow of traffic and inconvenience to other road users;
And whereas, it is necessary to regulate the movement of traffic on Rani Bagh Road to ensure
smooth flow of traffic and for convenience and safety of motorists and other road users;
Now, therefore, I, Manoj C., Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (TE), Delhi in exercise of the
powers, conferred upon me under Regulation 21 of the Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on
Roads and Street Regulations, 1980 do hereby declare the stretch from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati
Chowk towards Road No. 43, connecting Shakur Basti Railway Station 'One Way' for all type of vehicles
for 24 hours of everyday, till further orders.(cid:9)

This order shall be published for the information of the general public in the Official Gazette and by
affixing a copy on the notice boards of the office of all District Deputy Commissioner of Police and all
Police Stations in Delhi/New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the roads/areas shall erect the corresponding
informatory signboards indicating the restrictions in the area for the guidance and convenience of all
concerned.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
