New Delhi, the 25thJuly, 2016
G.S.R. 719(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 and section 33G of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act,
1940 (23 of 1940) and in supersession of notification G. S. R No. 422(E)dated 18th May, 2015, of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy, hereby appoints the following officers
presently working in the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy specified under
column (2) of the table given below as Inspectors with additional charge for the whole of India to discharge the duties in
respect of the Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathic drugs under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules,
