NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th July, 2018
G.S.R. 723(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 and section 33G of the Drugs and
Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Government of India hereby appoints Dr. Muzamil Rehman, Research
Officer (Unani) working in the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and
Homoeopathy as Inspector with additional charge for the whole of India to discharge the duties in respect of
the Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani drugs under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
2. The above mentioned Officer will discharge the work in addition to her normal duties in the
Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, without additional
remuneration.
