F. No. 101/H&FW/2019/Council/DDC/1632-39.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of
the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948), read with Ministry of Home Affairs notification no. S.O (E). dated
07.11.2008, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following
amendments in the notification of the Department of Health and Family Welfare issued vide
F. No. 25/5/2012/DSDC/H&FW/3671-76 dated the 24th April, 2015:—
In the said notification,—
In the entry at serial no. 12, Dr. Mahesh Verma, Vice Chancellor, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University,
Delhi as member of Delhi Dental Council in place of Dr. Rishi Raj under clause (e) of section 21 of the Dentists
Act, 1948.
Subject to provisions of the aforesaid Act, the term of office of the above member shall be for the remaining
period from the date of publication of this Notification.
