MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Department of Justice) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th July, 2018 G.S.R. 630(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clauses (c) and (f) of sub- section (2) of section 24 of the Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Act, 1958 (41 of 1958), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Supreme Court Judges (Travelling Allowance) Rules, 1959, namely:-II (i) 3 1. (1) These rules may be called the Supreme Court Judges (Travelling Allowance) Amendment Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
