(1) These rules may be called the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (Amendment) Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Office Gazette. 2. In the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Rules, 2000, in rule 7, for the letters, figures, brackets and words “Rs.1,25,000 (Rupees One lakh twenty-five thousand)", the letters, figures, brackets and words "Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees five lakh)" shall be substituted.
