तक रखरखाव उपभोगी संस्ट्था द्वारा दकया िायेगाA इस वृक्षारोपण के सफलतापूवाक स्ट्थापना के बाि उपभोगी संस्ट्था द्वारा
जनगरानी की िाएगी A इसी प्रकार वन जवभाग द्वारा उपभोगी संस्ट्था द्वारा िमा की गई सुरक्षा राजि का उपयोग करते हुए
वन जवभाग द्वारा अनुिंजसत 80 पौधों का रखरखाव दकया िाएगा ।
3. 40 वृक्षो को कार्टे/ प्रत्यारोपण दकए िाने के बिले मे 1:10 के अनुपात मे स्ट्वििे ी प्रिाजतयों के 6-8 फीर्ट की ऊाँचाई वाले
400 पौधो का प्रजतपूरक वृक्षारोपण गैर-वन भूजम पर दकया िाएगा । वृक्षारोपण की अनुमजत के िारी िोने के तीन मिीने के
अंिर जनधााररत की गई भूजम पर अजतररक्त उपायों के साथ वृक्षारोपण स्ट्थल के अनुसार जवजिष्ट वृक्षारोपण तकनीकों के द्वारा
दकया िाएगा । दिल्ली जवकास प्राजधकरण/ उपभोगी संस्ट्था द्वारा अगले सात वषो तक रखरखाव स्ट्वय की लागत पर करेंगी
। पौधों के खराब रखरखाव या पौधों के नुकसान या िाजन के मामले में गोिरेि वेस्ट्र्टमाका एलएलपी िी जिम्मेिार िोगी ।
4. उपभोगी संस्ट्था के द्वारा यि सुजनजित दकया िायेगा दक इस प्रस्ट्ताव की योिना को पररवर्तात निीं दकया िाएगा ।
5. िो भूजम प्रजतपूरक वृक्षारोपण के जलया आवंरर्टत ि,ै उसका उपयोग दकसी अन्य कायो के जलए राज्य सरकार की स्ट्वीकृजत के
जबना निीं दकया िाएगा ।
6. अनुमजत िारी िोने के तुरंत बाि वृक्षो का प्रत्यारोपण िुरू दकया िाएगा और इसे छ: मिीने के अंतराल में पूणा दकया िाएगा
। प्रत्यारोपण प्रदक्रया के पूणा िोने का बाि एक सम्पूणा ररपोर्टा संबजन्धत वृक्ष अजधकारी को प्रस्ट्तुत की िायेगी । प्रत्यारोपण
स्ट्थल मे प्रत्यारोजपत वृक्षो की िरू ी 4 मीर्टर (बबंि ुसे बबंि)ु से कम निीं िोनी चाजिए ।
7. उपभोगी संस्ट्था के द्वारा वृक्ष प्रत्यारोपण नीजत 2020 में उजल्लजखत सभी ितों का पालन दकया िाएगा ।
8. वृक्षो को प्रत्यारोपण/ कार्टने के जलए अनुमजत उनके स्ट्वयं के िोजखम पर और दकसी भी अन्य व्यजक्त के िावे के पक्षपात के
जबना, िो वृक्षो और भूजम पर सिी िो सकती िै, िी िा रिी िै ।
9. उपभोगी संस्ट्था द्वारा वृक्षो को प्रत्यारोपण/ कार्टने का काया सभी वैधाजनक मंिूररयों को लेने के बाि िी िुरू दकया िाएगा ।
10. उपभोगी संस्ट्था द्वारा 40 वृक्षो के अलावा दकसी भी वृक्ष की प्रत्यारोपण/ कर्टाई दिल्ली वृक्ष laj{k.k अजधजनयम, 1994 के

Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 11 of 1994), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi,
hereby, in public interest exempts an area of 2.0877 ha. as detailed below for construction of Group Housing at
Property No. B-319, Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi from the provision of sub-section (3) of section 9 of the said Act.

The said exemption is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:-
1. Godrej Vestmark LLP, herein referred to as User Agency, shall make an advance deposit of an amount of Rs.
27,36,000 /- (Twenty Seven Lakh Thirty Six Thousand only) towards security deposit for creation and
maintenance of compensatory plantation for a period of Seven years as follows,

(b) Transplantation of 32 no. of trees which are standing on site shall be done by User Agency in the location as
mentioned above.
2. 100% Compensatory Plantation of 400 saplings of native species shall be raised and maintained by User
Agency for Seven years and monitored till its successful establishment as indicated at 1 (a) & (b) above.
Similarly 80 saplings recommended by Tree Officer shall be maintained by Forest Department by utilizing
proportionate amount of security deposit made by user agency.
3. Plants saplings of indigenous species 6-8 feet height shall be planted as compensatory plantation in ratio of
1:10 on non-forest land in lieu of transplantation/ felling of 40 no. of trees. The plantation shall be done by
following site specific plantation techniques with additional measures on identified land within three months
of issue of tree removal permission and maintenance for next Seven (7) years shall be carried out thereafter,
by user agency with their own funds. In case of poor maintenance or causality of plants User Agency shall be
responsible.
4. The User Agency shall ensure that the plan of this proposal shall not be changed.
5. The land over which compensatory plantation raised shall not be utilized for other purpose without the
approval of State Government.
6. Transplantation of trees shall be initiated immediately after permission is issued and should be completed not
later than six months, after which a completion report has to be submitted to the Tree Officer. The spacing of
the transplantation of trees shall not be less than 4 meter (point to point) at transplantation site.
7. All the conditions mentioned in Tree Transplantation Policy 2020 shall be followed scrupulously by User
Agency.
8. Permission for transplantation/ felling of all tress is being granted at their own risk and without prejudice to
the claim (s) of any other person/s who may be having any rights(s) over the land or the trees.
9. Before the transplantation/ felling of trees from the site is commenced all requisite statutory clearances shall
necessarily be obtained by the User Agency.
10. Transplantation/ felling of any tree apart from 40 trees by User Agency shall constitute an offence under
Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994.
11. The timber obtained from removal of trees shall be auctioned and proceeds shall be deposited as revenue to
the Government account by the User Agency.
12. The lops and tops of the trees shall be sent/ supplied to the nearest crematorium free of cost and the same
should be reported to DCF (South) by User Agency.
13. Before shifting of timber, if any, from site of removal of trees, permission for transportation of the said wood
shall be obtained from the DCF (South) by User Agency.
14. It should be ensured by the user agency that all the conditions mentioned in environmental clearance, and
other clearances, if any obtained, shall be followed scrupulously.
