No. R570/TO(S)/TC-Felling/2016-17/536-44.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 11 of 1994(, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, in public interest exempts an area of total 1.85 ha. (approx.( as detailed below for construction of Engineering Block 99B and 99C, at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi Hauz Khas, New Delhi from the provision of sub-section (3( of section 9 of the said Act.
