(cid:14)ितपूरक वनीकरण वृ6ारोपण का $थान okys ikS/kkas dh rFkk vkdfLed O;; tk, l[a ;k lfgr dyq jkf’k (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 2740 दशे ी (cid:14)जाितय; का 100% (cid:14)ितपूरक वृ6ारोपण चार $थान; पर उपभोगी स$ं था (cid:19)ारा (cid:26)कया जाएगा । (i) सराय काले खान मे&ो भूिम: 1778 पौधे इस $थल पर लगाए जाएंगे । (क) (ii) सुभाष पाक(cid:13), जामा मि$जद मे&ो $टेशन के पास: 1,56,18,000 /- mi&ou laj{kd ¼पिJमी½@ ou vf/kdkjh 220 पौधे इस $थल पर लगाए जाएंगे। 2740 (iii) मुकुंदपुर मे&ो िडपो: 362 पौधे इस $थल पर लगाए जाएंगे। शेष 380 (cid:26)द(cid:28)ली मे&ो रेल काप(रेशन के अनुसार सराय काले खां म(cid:5) पौधे लगाए जाएगं े। साइट पर लगे Kए 200 दशे ी वृ6ोa का (cid:14)Lयारोपण उपभोगी सं$था (cid:19)ारा उपयMु $थान पर (cid:26)कया जाएगाA (cid:14)Lयारोपण उपराNत इन (ख) (cid:14)Lयारोिपत वृ6ोa के रखरखाव कO िज़Qमेदारी भी उपभोगी सं$था कO होगी A 2. दशे ी (cid:14)जाितय; के 2740 पौधोa का 100 % (cid:14)ितपूरक वृ6ारोपण (cid:26)द(cid:28)ली मे&ो रेल काप(रेशन उपभोगी सं$था (cid:19)ारा (cid:26)कया जायेगा और उनका सात वषR तक रखरखाव तथा सफलतापवू (cid:13)क $थापना के बाद उपरोM 1 (क) & (ख) के अनुसार िनगरानी कO जाएगी A 3. 1:10 $वदशे ी (cid:14)जाितय; के 6-8 फOट कO ऊँचाई वाले पौधे 274 वृ6ोa को हटाये जाने के बदले मa े(cid:14)ितपूरक वृ6ारोपण गैर-वन भूिम पर (cid:26)कया जाएगा । वृ6ारोपण कO अनुमित के जारी होने के तीन महीने के अंदर िनधा(cid:13)Vरत कO गई भूिम पर अितVरM उपाय; के साथ वृ6ारोपण साइट िविशW वृ6ारोपण तकनीक; के बाद (cid:26)कया जाएगा और उसका रखरखाव उपभोगी सं$था (cid:19)ारा अपन े$वयं कO लागत पर (cid:26)कया जाएगा । 4. िजस भूिम पर (cid:14)ितपूरक वृ6ारोपण (cid:26)कया गया ह,ै उसका उपयोग संबंिधत वृ6 अिधकारी कO $वीकृित के िबना अNय (cid:14)योजन के िलए नहZ (cid:26)कया जाएगा। 5. (cid:26)द(cid:28)ली वृ6 laj{k.k अिधिनयम, 1994 कO धारा 12 के अनुपालन म(cid:5) उपभोगी सं$था (cid:19)ारा िव$ततृ व6ृ ारोपण अनुसूची (cid:14)$तुत कO जाएगी । 6. उपभोगी सं$था (cid:19)ारा साइट कO तैयारी और वृ6ारोपण के िलए एक िव$तृत योजना (cid:14)$तुत (cid:26)कया जाएगा । 7. Location. No. of trees to be Compensatory plantation required. (Number of trees) Felled Transplanted Total (1) (2) (3) Extension Airport Express Line from 74 200 274 2740 by User Agency. Dwarka Sector-21 to Dwarka Sector- 25 ECC Centre of Delhi MRTS Project Phase-III, Delhi Total 74 200 274 2740 The said exemption is subject to fulfillment of the following conditions:- 1. The applicant i.e Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) shall make an advance deposit of an amount of Rs. 1,56,18,000 /- (Rupees One Crore Fifty Six Lakh Eighteen Thousand Only) towards security deposit for creation and maintenance of compensatory plantation for a period of Seven years as follows: S. (ii) Subhash Park, Near Jama Masjid Metro Station: 220 Nos. of tree saplings will be planted at this site. (iii) Mukundpur Metro Depot: 362 nos. of tree saplings will be planted at this site. The remaining 380 Nos. of tree4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] saplings will be planted at Sarai Kale Khan as per DMRC undertaken. (b) Transplantation of 200 No. of native species trees which are standing on site shall be done at appropriate site. Post transplantation care of the trees will be ensured by the project proponent. 2. 100% Compensatory Plantation of 2740 saplings of native species will be raised and maintained by DMRC for Seven years and monitored till its successful establishment as indicated at 1 (a) & (b) above. 3. 1:10 plants of native species 6-8 feet height will be planted as compensatory plantation on non-forest land in lieu of removal of 274 No. of trees. The plantation will be done following site specific plantation techniques with additional measures on identified land within three months of issue of tree removal permission and maintenance would be carried out there after by User agency with their own funds. 4. The land over which compensatory plantation raised shall not be utilized for other purpose without the approval of Tree Officer concerned 5. Detailed plantation schedule will have to be submitted by user agency in compliance with Section 12 of Delhi Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 6. User agency shall submit a detailed plan for site preparation and plantation. 7. (a) Transplantation of trees must be initiated immediately after permission is issued and should be completed not later than 3 months, after which a completion report has to be submitted to the Tree Officer. The spacing of the transplantation of trees should not be less than 4 metres (point to point). (b) A draft policy on transplantation of trees is under active consideration with State Government of Delhi, therefore any change brought in to effect due to implementation of the policy in future permission would be modified to that extent with the approval of Competent Authority with prospective effect. (c) Permission for felling/ transplantation of all 274 tress would be granted at their own risk and without prejudice to the claim (s) of any other person/s who may be having any rights(s) over the land or the trees. 8. Before felling/ transplantation of trees from the site is commenced all requisite statutory clearances shall necessarily be obtained by the user agency. 9. Progress report of transplantation shall be submitted through inspection officer concerned along with complete details of trees. 10. Before felling/ transplantation from site of removal of trees, permission for transportation of the tree/ all trees shall be obtained from Tree Officer (West). 11. The timber obtained from removal of trees shall be auctioned by the user agency. The proceeds will be deposited as revenue to the Government account. The Lops and tops of the trees will be sent/ supplied to the nearest crematorium free of cost and the same should be reported to Forest Department. 12. Before shifting of the timber if any, from site of removal of trees, permission for transportation of the said wood shall be obtained from the DCF (West).
