NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th September, 2019
F.No.6(2)/96-NALSA.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Legal Services Authorities
Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), the Central Authority hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Supreme
Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1996, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Supreme Court Legal Services
Committee (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee Regulations, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal
regulations), in regulation 10, -
(i) in sub-regulation (3), for the words, “two thousand five hundred”, the words “twenty five thousand” shall
be substituted.
3. In the principal regulations, regulation 14 shall be omitted.
