This notification, issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi on July 19, 2017, concerns the extension of the term of appointment for Sh. Similarly, notification No. F. 7Misc9196AGOT33933397 ii, extends Mr. Dewan's term as Official Trustee for an equivalent period, also effective from January 7, 2014, or until a new appointment is made, whichever is earlier. This extension is authorized under Section 4 of the Official Trustees Act, 1913, and Rule 9 of the Delhi Administrator General and Official Trustee Recruitment Rules, 1975, read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No.173168SR dated the 1st April, 1972. This notification also supersedes notification No. F.7Misc9196AGOTDS2law455862, dated 22.12.2015.
The extensions have been approved *ex post facto* by the Lieutenant Governor of the NCT of Delhi. Pawan Singh Rajawat, Additional Secretary, issued the order.
