This notification, No. 6059/DWCD/ADWEC/Vol.IV/16902917, issued by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on July 27, 2015, formally reconstitutes the Delhi Commission for Women, in accordance with Section 3 of the Delhi Commission for Women Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 8 of 1994). The commission comprises the following members: Ms. Swati Maliwal (Chairperson, B635, Avantika, Rohini, Sector 1, New Delhi - 110085), Ms. Promila Gupta (Member, 16A, Old Market, Timarpur, Delhi - 110054), Ms. Fraheen Malick (Member, G2, Hamdard University Campus, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi), and Ms. Sarika Chaudhary (Member, Room No. 600, AIWC Hostel, 6, Bhagwandas Road, Mandi House, New Delhi). The Chairperson and Members will hold office for a term of three years from the date of this notification, as stipulated by Section 4 of the aforementioned Act. This notification supersedes all previous notifications on the matter, with the exception of notification No. 6059/DWCD/ADWEC/Vol. IV/22773789 dated 29.09.2014. Sushil Singh, Jt. Director, issued the order under the authority of the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

hereby reconstitutes the Delhi Commission for Women for the National Capital Territory of Delhi consisting of the
following persons with effect from the date of notification, namely:—
