G.S.R. 926(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction f Unauthorized
Occupants) Act, 1971 (Act No. 40 of 1971), and in supersession of all earlier Notifications of the Government of India,
Ministry of Shipping (Port Wing), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in the column (1) of the
Table below, being the officers of the Vishakhapatnam Port Trust, to be Estate officers for the purpose of said Act, and the
said officers shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the "Estate Officer" by or under the said
Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdication on respect of the Public Premises specified in the corresponding
entry in column (2) of the said Table:
