NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th July, 2018
S.O 3428.(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), and in supersession of the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals &
Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part II, Section
3, Sub Section (ii), vide number S.O.2560(E), dated the 10th August, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to
be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rajesh Kumar, Deputy General
Manager (Civil - Horticulture / Personnel and Administration), Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited as estate officer,
for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed on estate
officer by or under the said Act, in respect of the public premises belonging to the Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited
within the local limits as specified in the following Table, namely:-
