S.O. 2441(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of
Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in
Column (2) of the Table below, being the officer of the Kandla Port Trust, to be also the Estate Officer for the purpose
of the said Act, and the said officer shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on the “Estate
Officer” by or under the said Act, within the local limits of his respective jurisdiction in respect of the public premises
specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said table:
