F. No. 4 (35)/2020/BMH/ADMN/EO/190-196.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3
of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. the Lieutenant Governor of the
National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to designate Administrative Officer, Bhagwan Mahavir
Hospital as Estate Officer, for the whole property/premises of Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital Complex GNCT
OF DELHI. The Estate officer shall exercise the power conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate
Officer by or under the public premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971.
